Session Opener: Falling For Beatuiful
Falling For Beautiful was founded in the fall of 2008 as a four-piece rock/punkpop/alternative/indie band.
Their songs tell stories about life, love and social issues in a plain way without letting them be mawkish or sound shallow, glib or smattering. They're trying not to generalize anyone and only say what's in their hearts, what they think and what their experiences are.
They'll be hitting the road and recording their debut album in 2009. So stay tuned and check back soon for more information!
PS: Due to more than five years of (extensive) live and studio experience (with each other when working for other projects) they know what they're doing! So sorry everyone, no messing around ...

Session Opener: Avril Spears
Auch wenn der Name, der nichts über die musikalische Orientierung der Band aussagt, mit einem Lächeln betrachtet weder sollte, so versteckt sich hinter dieser Maske, ernstzunehmende Musik und Texte. Ins Leben gerufen wurde Avril Spears im Sommer 2005. Die Gründungsmitglieder Lukas (Schlagzeug/Gesang), Manuel (Gitarre) und Julian (Gitarre/Gesang) besaßen zu diesem Zeitpunkt fast keine Kenntnisse über ihre Instrumente und ihr Equipment bestand aus Töpfen, Kartons, zwei Kochlöffeln und einer 4-saitigen Akustikgitarre. Die ersten Eigenkompositionen folgen jedoch bald, denn von Anfang an war klar, dass Avril Spears keine Zeit mit Coverversionen verschwenden wird. Ein halbes Jahr nach der Entstehung dieser Boygroup wurde Christoph, ein Ex-Freund von Avril, während einer so genannt ?Bandprobe?, ein in der Ecke stehender Bass umgehängt, um das Quartett zu vervollständigen und wie der Sannyasi seinen Weg beschritt, beschritten auch sie ihren Weg um sich zu dem zu entwickeln was sie heute sind: Das was sie gestern noch nicht waren und das was sie morgen nicht mehr sein werden. Session Opener: Sgt. Square
We are Sgt. Square, Max and Simon, two Songwriters from Austria, Tirol. Weve been playing music for a pretty long time now, been around a bit, tried a lot of stuff out but mostly found ourselves in rythm and blues.
We have been growing really confident about our new songs, and are in the studio right now (superfinally!!) to finish a 3/4 song demorecord, which already turned out to be pretty cool. Our goal is to bring as much variety in our songs as possible, which means a lot of different sounds, different instruments and different influences.
We enjoy help of friends, such as Michael and Tom, who play the trumpet, bass and percussions, and complete the sound of Sgt. Square. Studiowork is a lot of fun and you can never know exactly where the songs are leading to, thats what we can definitely say. yeah, you probably be surprised.
Most of all, we enjoy playing our music live, of course we have some experience: We'll never forget special moments, busking in barcelona, singing on the beach with people all over the world, getting high with music and friends in vienna...
Its been crazy and we loved it, and we..ll never stop believing in art as a way of living, which must not include a commercial success, but rather an approach of expression, a ventile for our feelings and experiences.
We want to bring back the blues to the people, as the beginning of rock..n..roll and nearly every other musical genre. Lets think about the 60ties, the groove and importance of words in music, who can bring people of all kinds together and start the revival.

Session Opener: Florian Riedelsperger/ acoustic guitar Tobias Schnaitl / acoustic guitar, vocals
die band "by-low" existiert seit frühling dieses jahres(märz). Wir haben uns in der schule kennengelernt und auch dort angefangen zu jammen, woraus dann die band entstanden ist. Wir kommen aus St.Johann/Fieberbrunn und unseren stil würde ich in der sparte akkustik/alternativ einordnen.
